What's Myhub?

Myhub is an online event platform designed for creative organizers. Anyone can use Myhub to plan events, send invitations, collect RSVPs or sell tickets, and keep track of all your data in a personalized dashboard.

How do I get started?

To get started, simply create an account free of charge. If you'd like to access the organizer dashboard, you'll need to create an event first.

Organizers


What type of events can I organize?

Myhub lets you organize free or paid events which is determined by the ticket options you create and attach to your event.

What will my invitations look like?

We've taken steps to make your event invitations stand out based on the creativity you put into your event. We recommend sending yourself an invitation to preview the template before sending them out to your community.

Is there a ticketing fee?

Myhub charges a 95ยข service fee per paid ticket + processing fees. Free events carry no fees.

Who pays the fees?

The organizer determines who pays the fees for each event. When creating an event, organizer's simply choose whether they'd like to absorb or pass along the service fees to your customer.

How do I access my guest list?

Simply visit your dashboard and then navigate to your event. You can view or download your guestlist from there.

How do I check people in?

We have a mobile app on the App Store where you can view all your data and scan tickets at your event. You can also view tickets sold, download your guestlist, sell tickets, or check people in via your web dashboard.

How do I process a refund?

If you'd like to refund an entire order, go to the order via your dashboard, select actions and then refund the order. If you'd like to refund a ticket, go to the ticket via your dashboard, select actions and then refund the ticket.

How do I get paid?

Myhub automatically processes payouts when your event ends. In order to process payouts, your merchant account needs to be in good standing with a bank account on file.

Where do I update my merchant account?

To update your merchant account, please visit your dashboard and navigate to your merchant account on the left side. You'll find the form (and your account's status) there.

When will I get paid?

Payouts generally take 1-2 business days to process. You can track the status of your payouts via your dashboard and feel free to contact support with any questions.

Guests


Do I need an account to register for an event?

Currently you do need an account to register for an event. We do this for security purposes (know your customer) and so you can access your tickets later via your profile.

Where do I access my tickets?

After registering for an event, we'll email an order confirmation with your tickets attached. As an alternative, you can always visit your web profile to access your tickets and download them.

Who should I contact if I have issues?

If you have an event-related question, please contact your organizer. If you have a technical or Myhub-related question, please contact support.

Payments


What payment options does Myhub support?

Myhub supports all major credit and debit cards as a form of payment.

What happens if there's a chargeback?

We do everything in our power to protect against chargebacks, however they do still occur from time to time. We review each one on a case-by-case basis and will touch base the organizer and guest to see if we can resolve the situation.

Security


How do I know my data is secure?

Myhub follows PCI-compliant practices. That means, we use SSL & 256-bit security to secure your data and then sensitive info (such as credit cards or bank account information) is sent directly to Stripe, using their libraries, as opposed to passing the data to Stripe through our servers.

How do I know my data is private?

When you RSVP for an event, the organizer of that event has access to your basic information. Beyond that, our team takes data privacy very seriously and does not share your data with any third-parties beyond the scope of our application.
